Therapy is an opportunity for renewal
January 2021 -  "Do over"  Many of us fantasize about having the opportunity to change decisions we've made in the past.  Decisions we've made without much thought at the time or those that just didn't work out the way we hoped.  In therapy we work together to explore new options for going forward.  We use your knowledge of the past and have thoughtful discussions regarding the present.  Giving yourself the time to decide what changes you want to make and how to make them allows you to make decisions that you'll be more pleased with this time!
